Let’s see how you can configure this integration to automatically send your leads from your landing page forms directly to your Salesforce dashboard!
First you need to Login to your Salesforce account. Once inside, look up towards the top-right hand side of the screen and find your name. Click on your name, and then click on the option in the drop down menu called Setup.
Once you've done that, you’ll be directed to a new page. From the new page on the left hand side, look for the Administration Setup and Expand Company Profile, and click on the Company Information.
Do that and you’ll see a new window. From the right hand side, in the Organization Detail section you’ll see your Salesforce Organization ID. Copy the ID number starting with 00Dxxx so you can paste it in Lander.
Now that you have your ID copied, log in into your Lander account. Look for the integration section, click on Salesforce and paste your ID number in the field entitled “Organization ID”. Next, just click on the update button, and your integration will be ready!
Note: Your forms must include First Name, Last Name and Email Address fields, and be sure that they match and coincide perfectly with your fields in Salesforce. This includes capital or lower-case letters, grammar and punctutation as well. Otherwise, your Lander form won’t be able to communicate properly with your Salesforce dashboard and the captured field info won’t be able to be sent.
