If you want to create your own Facebook tab, this post will show you how to do it in 4 simple steps:

1. Integrate your account with Facebook
2. Select your Fan Page
3. Write your Facebook Tab title and upload an image
4. Publish it!

First you’ll need to access the dashboard of the Landing Page you want to use and customize it. Quick note: The recommended size for Facebook landing pages should be 810 wide by 800 pixels, that’s the size of our “Facebook” templates. If your landing pages are larger than that or you’ve chosen another template category, don’t worry, Facebook will just include scroll bars in your tab.

Also, you should keep these Facebook landing pages really simple. All you really need is a form, some short, simple content and a clear action, that’s about it..

Once you have the Landing Page ready, it’s then time to integrate it. From your landing page’s Dashboard, scroll down to the Integration section and look for Facebook. Upon clicking to open, you’ll see a window where you’ll be asked to integrate your Facebook account with Lander.

Once you connect your account you’ll see a new window where you’ll be able to select your Fan Page. If you have more than one, select the Fan Page where you want to publish your Landing Page.

Then customize the name of your Facebook Tab and finally, upload an image to be included in your Tab on your Facebook page (its recommended size is 111*74 pixels).

Next it’s time to click on the button entitled “Install Tab” and the installation will begin. Then, all you’ll have to do is wait a few seconds and “voila” you’ll have your new Facebook Landing Page fully customized in your business page.

Now, if you want to, you can see your new Facebook Tab by clicking on the button called “Go to Facebook to see it”. This allows you to see how it looks in Facebook and whether or not you’ll want to edit it even further.

How can I Uninstall my Facebook Tab?

If you want to uninstall your Facebook tab it’s really simple to do.

Just access the landing pages dashboard, scroll down to the integration section and click on the Facebook Option. Once you’re there, you’ll then see the same window that you previously used to set it up initially.

Then just click on the “Uninstall Tab” button and you’re all set, nothing left to do. Now your business page will no longer have the visible Facebook tab.
